DECALOGUL OFF

Manifest OFF (Decalogul Offset Film Festival)

1. 1.   Concursul este deschis tinerilor, din Crişana istorică, celorlalte regiuni istorice din România, din Comunitatea Europeană şi din celelalte ţări ale lumii.
2. 2.   Creaţiile audio-video de participare se vor numi offsetclip-uri.
3. 3. Conceptul de offsetclip presupune originalitate artistică de orice fel, unicitate, lipsa de convenţionalism, noi standarde tehnice ale gadget-urilor actuale (camera video, web-cam, telefon, aparat de fotografiat etc.) şi suporturilor (electronice, optice, celuloid etc.) şi modalităţi  de exprimare specifice fiecărei generaţii.
4.    Offsetclip-ul nu propagă discriminare de rasă, etnie, sex, vârstă, credinţă, orientare sexuală sau opţiune politică, nu este mizantrop, misogin, xenofob, nu jigneşte nicio fiinţă umană.
5. 5.Toate genurile de offsetclip sunt permis: ştiinţific, ficţiune, documentar, animaţie, comedie, dramă, acţiune etc..
6. 6. Se admit orice tehnici: de filmare, procedee artistice şi efecte.
7. 7. Durata maximă a unui offsetclip este 5 minute iar cea minimă este de 1 minut.
8. 8. Autorul îşi asuma paternitatea offsetclip-ului şi garantează că acesta nu este o copie sau un plagiat dar cu respectarea copyright-ului.
9. 9. Data limită de postare a offset clipurilor pe site-ul cu url-ul: http://off2015.blogspot.ro este 9 mai 2015.
10.                      Fiecare participant se poate înscrie la competiţie cu 3 offsetclip-uri. Deciziile juriului sunt irevocabile.
11.        Vârsta minima de participare este de 10 ani, iar cea maximă este de 20 de ani.
12.   Materialele expediate nu vor fi restituite şi vor intra în arhiva OFF pentru promovarea festivalului OFF, materialele din arhiva vor putea fi folosite ulterior.

• Anul acesta, taxa de înscriere este acoperită de Comitetul de Organizare.

OFF MANIFEST (Offset deadline)

The contest is open to all young people, from historical Crişana, from the other historical regions of Romania, from the European Community and other countries.The audio-video creation participating will be called offsetclip.

Offsetclip concept involves any kind of artistic originality, uniqueness, lack of conventionality, new technical standards of existing gadgets (camera, web cam, phone, camera) and media (electronic, optical, cellulose etc.) and ways of expression specific any generation.

Offsetclip does not propagate discrimination of race, ethnicity, gender, age, creed, sexual orientation or political choice, isn’t mezantrop, misogynist, xenophobic, and does not insults any human category.

All genres of offset clip are allowed : science, fiction, documentary, animation, comedy, drama, action, etc..

In filming are allowed any technical, artistic processes and effects.

The maximum duration is five minutes for an offset clip and the minimum is 1 minute.

The author assumes paternity of offsetclip and ensure that it is not a copy or a plagiarism and respect the copyright compliance.

Offset deadline for posting offsetclips on the site with the URL: http://off2015.blogspot.ro is 9 May 2015.

Each participant may enter the competition with one offset clip. The decisions of the judges are final.

The minimum age for participation is 10 years and the maximum is 20 years.

The materials sent will not be returned and will enter in the OFF archive. To promote the festival OFF, the archive materials will be used later.

This year, the fee is covered by the Organizing Committee.
